Do you charge a handling fee?
Yes. Any order made to RBMs Online Yard Sale does have a handling fee of 10% per each item ordered. So say you ordered an item that was 4.00, that item would have a handling fee of 0.40. The handling fee will show as a shipping fee (Although I do not ship). We deliver to anyone inside the city limits of Warsaw, Kentucky. Outside the city limits, we will meet for pickup, or deliver for a small fee. We will use this handling fee to help pay for website fees, and any other fees incurred to keep RBM's Online Yard Sale going.

What types of payment do you accept?
At this time we can only accept Cash on delivery payments. We do not have any type of charging accounts. We will soon allow credit/debit cards, more information will be released once available.

How long will it take to have my order ready for pick up / delivery?
We try to have ALL orders processed within 24 hours of ordering. After you place an order, we will usually have it ready for pick up / delivery in a few hours from processing, sometimes even a few minutes. Really depends on the quantity of the items you are purchasing, and how many orders are in front of yours.

What are your hours of operation?
I am available anytime, really. No set hours. Being a late sleeper, I tend to not be a morning person. However, I will try to accommodate anyone's order.

Why did I have something extra in my package? Was I charged for it?
We love our customers! So sometimes we may throw in a gift or two for our repeat shoppers. YOU ARE NOT CHARGED FOR THIS! It is simply a gift, and a way for us to show our gratitude.

How do I make a purchase?
TO MAKE A PURCHASE, YOU PICK WHAT YOU WANT, PAY US, WE EITHER DELIVER IT, OR ARRANGE A TIME FOR YOU TO PICK IT UP. SIMPLE RIGHT? SOME PEOPLE DON'T GET THAT! ;)

My order is all wrong! What are you gonna do about it?
We are people too! No high dollar machinery, or computers at work here. We (meaning me) work from a two room basement. Everything is hand picked & packed with love. As awesomely sweet as I am, I do make mistakes. If at ANYTIME you were shipped the wrong product, at my fault, I will make it right. Although we do not normally allow refunds/exchanges, if it was my fault I will make an exception. Or at least deliver the correct products the next business day. You keep the other product as a bonus! And a way to say I'm sorry... ;)

Do you ship? How do I get my order?
We deliver to anyone inside the city limits of Warsaw, Kentucky. Outside the city limits, but in Gallatin county, we will meet for pickup, or deliver for a small fee. Anyone outside of Gallatin county will be responsible for meeting inside Gallatin county for pickup. Only exception to this rule is if im in / or headed to Carrollton already. I'll meet you in a public place, inside Carrollton city limits, at my discretion.
